This evening I went to wake up my desktop from sleep and I noticed that there was a loud buzzing noise coming from it. Before I put it on sleep mode, there was no buzzing sound. I have already checked and I am pretty sure that it is not coil whine. Any ideas on what it is?

check all of the fans - might be a dust bunny getting a backrub - hopefully nothing bigger or badder
