I need some help.
I left my anti-virus off while I was at work.
Now I appear to have a virus which I am currently attempting to get rid of.
Some mal-ware.
I would like to do a system recovery on 2k.
how do I do this?

To answer your question, Windows 2000 does not have the System Restore feature.
