Hi there, I'm helping out an old game I used to play by being a support onsite for bugs and such, and this one kid has this bug I can't figure out how to fix.
Here's the deets.
When he plays his screen appears like this:

It doesn't do it on IE, and he really does not want to switch browsers.

Here's what we've attempted.
Using chrome cleaner: No success
Clearing all chrome settings and cached content: NO success.
Uninstalling flash and reinstalling: No success
After this, we cleared the cache/temp files using CCleaner and then reinstallled chrome completely.
After this, the issue seemed to fix itself, but returned 24 hours later.
I can't tell if it's some chrome flash plugin or some other issue, if someone could give some advice that'd be great.

Sorry for the grey text, I am reposting something I posted on another forum as I received no support.
Also, Windows 7 is the OS obviously.
