I did a scan with Norton Power Eraser and it found ctsvgn.sys which it identified as dangerous. However, it was unable to remove it. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it if it's dangerous?

I see that you have been requested to supply an FRST scan report on 'Geeks to Go'. This is a specialist tool and since you are getting specialist help there it would only confuse the issue if you were to continue here. I strongly suggest that you follow their advice in this instance.

To avoid confusion with this other source of help I have closed this topic.
