Download and install this update first.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53863

Next download and install the July 2016 rollup

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53332

Reboot and then do a Windows Update. It may take a from a few minutes to a couple of hours to get your updates

Edit: If you still have trouble then download the Update Troubleshooter. If the troubleshooter does not solve the update issue then download and run the Update Readiness Tool.

Disable Windows Update in Services. Right click Computer > Manage > Services. Double click on the service and select Disable in the dropdown box. Once the service is disabled install the two updates. After the updates have installed re-enable the Update Service and check for updates.

All updates installed have some updates issues but so easy the fix. Error was old updates because newest updates already installed hide those updates and no more error. Thanks so much again.
