At STEP 3: Scan and clean your computer with Zemana AntiMalware. I took a screenshot of what I got. Here is a link to that on my onedrive: https://1drv.ms/i/s!An3R9KW_W3hwlWbwpGLyN4Dcq6Qg. I used the X top right to close the window and when Zemana AntiMalware opened it didn't have the drop down list above the scan button. I tried to move on to Malwarebytes. This post is just in case it helps. BIG THANKS to all of you for all you do. Thank you.

Thank you for asking. I got help from Malwarebytes forums and am finally rid of the pest winvmx client. And again thanks to all of you.
