Hello.

I´m recently geting a blue screen on my laptop and then after windows crashes immidietly.

I don´t know much about these things, so I hope I am posting this on the right page. This happened a few times before, but only once and then it was ok. But today it happened a few times and now I have to run windows in safe mode and it looks like it will do ok for now.

I bought this used laptop 1 month ago, so I don´t know what was happening to it before.

Dear Rapha,

It appears to be that a Dell System Analyzer Control Device Driver (dellprof.sys) is the culprit. Please uninstall any Dell Client System Analyzer software you have. (The driver could be related to another Dell program, as it's found in Dell Data Vault...)

Regards,

Hello.

I guess you are right.  I used tweaking.com system repair today before this and i stoped crashing. I could not use computer 5min and it crashed.

So now half an hour ago i tried to run Dell´s program for hardware check but it crashed again... removed now.

I noticed something else since system repair...it´s in the screenshot. Could it also be possible that system error may put a 5cm black stripe on my monitor like it is half dead?? Maybe it is graphic card? I don´t know.

Sorry, but I can't quite understand what you're trying to convey. Did you uninstall the Dell program I asked you to?

You're welcome. So you're not experiencing any more BSODs? If you're concerned about the latter errors you posted about, I suggest you post over in the Windows 7 forums.
