Windows10 and VisualBasic6 problem

I am not sure if VisualBasic is properly installed since I run into the following problem when running VB6:


I get message :  PDWizard.ocx cannot be loaded after
         Running VB/Project --> Components --> Controls --> Scroll to Package and Deployment Wizard-->
         Activate and click OK


Another question : is VisualBasic6 ( professional edition ) really compatible with Windows 10 ?
