I have a problem that I just can´t seem fix myself.
This is the case.
I get a lot of reports auto sent from my clients. They arrive as attached documents in gmail.
I usually download them and sort them by hand into client specific folders in google drive with the rapports date as folder name. This takes forever!!
The last days I have tried to automatically download them by filtering the emails in gmail and using Zapier to download into the correct client folders. So far so good.
But since there is maybe 20-50 files every day per client I need to find a way to automatically save in sub maps triggered by date.
I can make Zapier create a folder BUT since the trigger for creating that new folder is the same trigger that downloads the attachments I can´t figure out how to direct it.
Now is there any smarter way to do this? Can google drive auto sort into date labelled sub folders? Any other suggestion?
