Overclocking video card without supplemental power

Hi, just want to know how far I can push my 1050ti that doesnt include a six pin. My motherboard is a z87m gaming with a i5 4690k.

There's no exact formula for overclocking. It's a trial and error. It's generally unsafe to overclock any part of your PC as it might become unstable. Most people who overclock regularly gradually increase their overclock until their system becomes either too hot or unstable, at which point they revert back to the previous overclocking step which was stable.:)
