Windows setup, from flashdrive to DVD

Is it possible to transfer/copy a Windows setup disk created on a flashdrive, to a DVD?

Instead of installing ImgBurn I would use the portable version

From a flash drive I have created an ISO onto my hard-drive; then, I used that ISO to transfer/copy onto a DVD.  And, I have done the reverse - from a DVD to a flash drive.
