You have not mention what you have already tried to resolve this problem.
Have you tried uninstalling and installing latest version of graphic card driver?

I have tried..

1) Disabling Windows 10 Game bar
2) Disabling Night Light

3) Running nvidia control panel as administrator

I looked through the posts and screengrabs and there is no checkbox to turn off fast start.

Have a read here to see how to turn it off. (It is easy to turn off and on)

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

(just for info I have it turned off, as do most of my friends, it only adds a couple of seconds to your boot time)

I downloaded the BAT file to turn off fast startup and ran it as administrator. Still didn't solve the problem.

What setting are you calibrating?

Is the problem something like this ?

Yes its a similar problem..

Tried unchecking the gamebar.. playing in borderless mode is not what i want.. i dont play overwatch.. so none of this helps

i tried the color sustainer program which didn't do anything besides disabling my calibration.
