Hi, my main pc has developed a problem with being denied access to files for changing ie editing photo's etc.

Don't know how it has occurred but using Photoshop and Pixresizer I am denied access, which I send as a screenshot to demonstrate.

Please help!

I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

Further to my original post, I do not think I have an infection because I can move whichever file I need to another drive that I have and work on it from there. It does work but I have to use it for every file I need to change/alter etc.

Somehow, I have altered my user account so that I cannot access any files on my 'C' drive for editing etc.

Anyone have an idea for allowing me to access files in the normal way?

If it's not an infection, then you'll get more responses over in the Windows forum for your version of the OS.

There's only a few helpers that hang out over here - and we generally don't get involved with this sort of error in this forum.

Good luck to you.
