Hello Everyone,

Since today morning my surface pro 4 machine is rebooting a few min after windows loads. I went to windows update and its installing the following and the it reboots and this is happening on a continuous loop.

- Intel Corp driver update for Intel Graphics 520

- Surface driver update for surface pen pairing

I see these two items in windows update and then in a min or two the device reboots.

What to do ? Please help me.

I tried startup repair but it didn't work.

Cheers,

GR

Hi,

Have you tried the following:-

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds and then release it. Step 2: Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release both.
The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least 15 seconds. Step 3: After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds. Step 4:

Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on.
