When I go to this one web site to buy a product, the “Choose an Option” does not work anymore. I have use it for years to buy their product explainer video and it always worked. The company says it works fine on their computer. When I click on “Choose an Option” it turns blue and a smaller blue box comes up, but no option.

Or clearing cache?   Cache corruption can cause all manner of weird behaviors.
