I do hope this is the right board to post this, I apologise if it is not.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a safe online website the kids can use?

On Monday after they had played games on 2 sites they usually go to.....
I did a scan with Ad-Aware and it found adware and several possible browser hijacker
attempts. I was not sure which site they came from.
On the Tuesday the same thing happened after they had played games. They love playing
Jewel2 and Cubis and these are the only 2 games that they played on both days.

I do not want to stop them playing their online games so would appreciate
any help as to a safe site in which they can go. At the moment they play at
Pogo and Gameshouse.

Thank you
Love Spirit

www.coffeebreakarcade.com

Plus, I dont think you can always get around mal/spyware. Its a part of the internet. Plus, almost all the ads you see while you're surfing the net are mal/spyware.

How old are your children Spirit_97?
2flashgames.com (as posted above) contains content that may not be appropriate for certain age groups.

Can you tell us the name of the site that attempted to infect your computer?

Popcap.com

You can play online games for free!! And if you like them and want to pay to own them, you can get the "deluxe" versions.

As far as I can tell, there is no malware or spyware to speak of (you will have to download an installer to play the games, but its safe). And all the games are kid-friendly!!!

I do apologise to all who replied that I did not reply earlier,
but I have had a few offline priorities.

The kids are 11 and 13.

They joined pogo and gamehouse.
They had Gamehouse in their favourites.

Both days after they joined these showed up in
the Ad-Aware scan...................
