Hello all,

I have a problem with my Logitech G500 mouse, running under Windows 7.

Randomly the mouse freeze and i hear in windows something restarting and it works again. Sometimes it freeze and i have to restart my Windows.

I tried another USB port yet, and my computer is viruses free.

Is the mouse broken or maybe a power management problem ?

Thank you for your help !

I would try a different mouse before trying to conclude anything.
