start by running adwcleaner, then malwarebytes again,
run them in that order, in regular mode, not safe mode, even if they take forever to run

Power your router off for 10 minutes, then power it back on.

Make sure the system is connected to the router.
In the Search box, type cmd.exe and double click on the result to start the Command prompt.
At the command line, type ipconfig /all > network.txt and press Enter.
This will create a text file named network.txt in the C:\Users\<Your User Name> folder.
Open the file in Notepad, and copy/paste the text in the thread.

I suspect Avast...it is known for performance issues.
Disable (don't uninstall) Avast and see if you can connect.
I would recommend replacing Avast with something like Panda Cloud.

It seems that Avast was creating the problem. I'm gonna keep navigating to see if everything return to normal. Would you advise me to uninstall Avast and install Panda Cloud?
