Hardware:
GPU: Radeon R390
CPU: Ryzen 1600
Motherboard: Asus b350 prime plus
RAM: Corsair V LPX 8GB DDR4 Black 2x288, 3000MHz
Power Supply: Corsair VS650, 650W PSU
OS: Windows 10

Problem:
Computer is running fine for a few days days, but suddenly while gaming the screen starts going black and then crashes with a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD
After the crash the computer turns on again, but as soon as i get past POST and to the login screen, the screen starts flickering like crazy in the lower part of the screen horizontal and keeps going black (Seems the Display driver is crashing multiple times)
Sometimes it BSOD's sometimes it just keeps flickering and goes black. When it BSOD i also got a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Important information:
Problem started after i replaced my CPU, RAM And Motherboard to the things above. It started 3 days after to be precise
Safe mode is the only thing that doesn't crash the PC right after POST
The problem only seems to start after gaming for 6-8 hours or leaving the PC on for this long and then gaming after
The problem stops automatically, let's say the problem started in the evening, next day i've had luck just turning on the PC again and then it worked
I've also had luck running in safe mode for 2 hours and then just restarting to see what happens, then it works fine again
BlueScreenViewer always rotates between these drivers being the problem: atikmpag.sys - dxgkrnl.sys - dxgmms2.sys - ntoskrnl.exe

Things i've tried:

Reinstalling Windows
Changing the PSU
Changing the GPU to a Geforce (This fixes the problem until i install the drivers, then the problem starts right again)
Smart check on HDD (No errors)
Memtest86 for 8 hours (No errors)
Only having 1 Ram stick in
Trying all RAM slots
Removing ALL overclocks
Updating BIOS / Downgrading BIOS

I have attached the last 5 crash dumps i've had on this installation of my Windows. You can find them here:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1mxLeG6zY_QaEduUDh6UEdBaW8

Edit: Just tried booting into normal mode again after running in safe mode for an hour. Now its changing between flickering and just going to black and restarting the computer, doesn't even BSOD anymore, after starting up again i got this message http://i.imgur.com/z389WYT.jpg

But i also got 2 new minidumps:

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

See attached for these 2 .dmp

Have you checked the fans/coolers on the CPU and GPU to ensure that they are:

- clean and free of dirt/dust/hairballs.
- fans are working

- fans are spinning in the correct direction (pushing air into the cooler)

- and that no other devices are pushing hot air at those coolers

Are you monitoring your temps?  If not, try this free tool:  http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

The dump files alone don't always tell the full story - that's why we request the above reports and ask you to monitor the temps.

But, here's the dump file analysis.........

Out of 7 memory dumps there were 5 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results.

Two of the BSOD's were STOP 0x116 errors (more info on that here:  http://www.carrona.org/VideoTDR.html )

In addition to the hardware diagnostics, please follow the steps at the VideoTDR page also.

All fans are spinning and the temperature inside the case, CPU and GPU is also fine

SYSNATIVE gave me the following error:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]

  HomeDrive    C:
  HomePath    \Users\nrc_9
  Userprofile    C:\Users\nrc_9

Here is the zip from BSODInspector

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1mxLeG6zY_QS0E2ZDhndzc5bW8

I've also had a new .dmp files since now reporting MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I can see BSODInspector has it inside the above .zip

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 0805) dates from 2017.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Many more Live Kernel Events than BSOD events in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

This is another symptom of a hardware/compatibility/low-level driver problem.

Running the hardware diagnostics that I suggested previously is the next step in diagnosing this.

There is a DDR Ram BIOS.txt file that opens at startup.
Also, Prime95 opens at startup.

Why is this?  Could the Prime95 be causing your problems?

BIOS is up to date, actually running a BETA Bios to checked if that worked, clearly i got the same errors :(

Windows is also up to date

I've run a SMART scan of both my HDD's, no errors

I've run Memtest86 for 8 hours, no errors

The day i got my new parts i ran a Prime95 and some GPU stress tests without any crashes. The reason Prime95 is in the startup is because i only disabled it from the task manager

The DDR Ram BIOS.txt is a reminder i put myself in shell:startup

Can't really stress test my GPU anymore since i can't get into normal mode and activate the drivers

EDIT: Just tried to uninstall all the drivers for my R390, now i only experience Memory_Management BSOD and no flickering anymore/Black screen

EDIT2: Without display drivers i can boot into windows but i keep getting Memory_Management BSOD and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED BSOD at random times now - See .dmp files: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1mxLeG6zY_QcjBGUmZBbnFmcDQ

I've now experienced ALL of these BSOD messages:

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

And 2 BSOD's wihout a bug check string that points to "caused by dxgkrnl.sys"

EDIT3: Windows decided to install the drivers for R390 automatically while i was in normal mode and crashed right after with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE

SMART is a predictive technology - it is not a diagnostic

You should run Seagate Seatools on all HDD's

Unfortunately, there are not reliable tests for SSD's

The random errors are usually a sign of a hardware problem.
As you can't get your GPU working, that'd be the first thing that I check.

Also, from the symptoms/errors, I'm fairly sure it's a video card problem

See if you can borrow a graphics card for a short bit and see if that helps

If you can't borrow one, see about purchasing one that you can return if not needed (for your money back)

Seagate Seatools found no errors

I've already tried to swap GPU once, but i did it again so you can see the .dmp file. This is a Nvidia GPU (not sure which model) put in instead, crashed right before i could install the drivers

.dmp file here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1mxLeG6zY_QWEVfMHV3NGdaQWs

What are the odds that the problem could be harddrive related?

My SSD has been running for 5 years now, i'm starting to wonder if the SSD somehow can be the cause to all my problems? Maybe the drivers for my video card and so on are located somewhere on the SSD where the sector is breaking down, and when i'm running safe mode this sector is not used and therefore i do not experience BSOD? I'm not experienced in the SSD department, but can someone with more expertise confirm this theory?

You didn't see my post right above? Already tried to swap the GPU

If swapping the GPU didn't fix it, then we go lower in search of a cause (in this case the motherboard is the next most likely suspect).

But it's a very drastic step to replace a motherboard - that's why we suggest a whole bunch of diagnostics first.

You can also run ALL of the standard Prime95 tests (Blend, Small FFT's, and Large FFT's).  They stress the RAM, CPU cache, and memory controller in differing amounts.

Do you have another drive (HDD or SSD) that you can test with (in place of your SSD)?

If so, you can temporarily install Windows (without activating it) and see if the problem recurs then (that'll help rule out the SSD as the source of the problem.

In the old days the standard was if it runs without problems in Safe Mode - then it's a software problem (most likely due to 3rd party software).

While that isn't 100% true, it's still a good place to start these days.

If you're concerned about the video drivers being on a bad sector - uninstall the video drivers, then reinstall them.

The system won't allow them to be installed on a bad sector (but you would probably have seen some other signs of this if that were the case).

You can test for bad sectors (in the file system - not the physical drive) by running chkdsk (but no problems with the file system does not mean that there's no problem with the physical drive).

In short, here's the process to rule out hardware.

First, run ALL of these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If all the tests pass, then do this procedure to rule out hardware components:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html
