Webpages Slow to Load

Webpages slow to load
Checked ipconfig /all on the wireless and got a lot of garbage beside the ipv4 and ipv6 address. Also listed was TEMP ipv4 etc
What does it mean ?
Tried netsh ......

At the command line, type ipconfig /all > network.txt and press Enter.

This will create a text file named network.txt in the C:\Users\<Your User Name> folder.
Open the file in Notepad, and copy/paste the text in the thread.
