Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

The memory dump blames udfs.sys - a Windows driver.

It's unlikely that Windows drivers are to blame (because of the security and error correction/prevention built into the OS)

As such, I suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Also, I suggest that you set your system to generate minidumps - as waiting for the large MEMORY.dmp file to download is painfully slow for me.

Please follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file):  http://www.carrona.org/setmini.html
More info on dump file options here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649

Your UEFI/BIOS (version G551VW.206) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Analysis:
The following is for information purposes only.
The following information contains the relevant information from the blue screen analysis:

BugCheck Info: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)
Arguments:

Arg2: ffffde0651c68700, Object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg3: 0000000000000010, Reserved
Arg4: 0000000000000001, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

Ok I was just asking. I'm usually reluctant to update bios after watching this video

Most BIOS updates go off without a hitch.  Just from the first minute of that video this is someone who's done many, and many unconventional, tweaks to his system.  That often can and does create a "house of cards waiting to collapse" situation and, without having watched all 15 minutes, he pretty much states is what happened right off the bat.

Since BIOS stands for Basic Input Output System it follows that updates to same have the potential to either help with solving or completely solve certain issues with input and/or output devices.  An optical drive certainly qualifies.

Do what your BSOD assistant, usasma, requests of you.

I updated latest bios so far so good I'll try using blu Ray discs & see if bsod does not occur again.

The outdated BIOS was the only problem that I saw when analyzing your dump file.
Without the additional reports that I asked for, this will likely take a while for us to figure this out.

Driver Verifier will also help, so if the BSOD's continue, please follow the instructions here:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
