Hi everyone,

I have windows 7 pro, suddenly restarted with this problem. I tried to repair the windows using recovery DVD, but still not booting after F8 and booting from DVD driver.

none of starting up options work save mode, or repair mode

when it is staring up, it gives a blue screen with error message stop: c000021a fatal system error

the verification of a knowndll failed. system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x007e6c20 0x0000000

the system has been shut down

Please anyone can help me with this, I do not want to format the windows

Reboot and use F8 to get to the Advanced Boot Options menu.

Select Last Known Good Configuration.

You probably should start a new thread in the BSOD forum...

Read the instructions for posting before proceeding...
