I was infected and now all my files are corrupted and won't open. I had a professional clean my system and he was unable to get my files usable again. I'm afraid I may still be infected and would like some definitive help in whether or not I can get my files usable again. These files are irreplaceable as I have no backups anywhere of them. Please help.

Are you talking about a ransomware infection, where your files were encrypted?

If that's the case, read the instructions for posting in the Ransoware forum and start a new thread there...
