Have never had this problem before but suddenly my back arrow on Internet Explorer has stopped working.  I have tried many things suggested in Google ie.  clicking twice on the arrow, disabling add ons, checking its not included in compatibility list - but nothing seems to work.

The only change I have made recently is to make Chrome my default browser as some surveys I do did not work in IE.   Could this be the reason?

My husband prefers searching with IE so I would like to get this facility back if anyone can help please.

Do a reset of Internet Explorer.

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab - Reset button...

I have tried that one too, following a video on you-tube, but didn't work either!

I would suggest downloading and installing a fresh copy of IE.
