Hi,

I accidentally clicked on a website (oakthreestudios.com/) while I was google searching, this is what is says at the google search page:

You'r website hacked by Talleryrand Ayyildiz.org [ Ayyildiz.org //Talleryrand ] [ Hacked ]. I'M HERE I'M Talleryrand Tarihine bak. T¨¹rk Milletine karsı isyanın sonu ...

Any cause of concerns? Will my laptop be infected with virus? I close the website immediately but scanned my laptop using Trend Micro Max Security but it did not found anything suspicious. Can I take it that everything is okay?

Thank you so much, I’m an IT noob so any advices are much appreciated.

VirusTotal scans show that the URL is clean...

However, it doesn't hurt to do a few scans.

Hi jwoods301, thanks for your reply, much appreciated!

I have a Trend Micro Max Security anti-virus installed on my laptop, will installing other anti-virus software interfere with my Trend Micro?

Also, what do you mean by 'Create a System Restore point first'?

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the instruction. The purpose of the System Restore point is to back up the system?

Hi, I tried to do a system restore but right until the step whereby I have to create the restore point, the 'create' option was blanked out. I clicked the 'configure' tab and it led me to either 'turn on system protection' or 'disabled system protection'. The 'disabled system protection' was checked but I could not click the 'turn on system protection'. I'm already signed in as an administrator on my laptop. Please kindly advise. Thank you!

Hi, I have not managed to create a System Restore point first as instructed in post #2, do I still go ahead to run the scans then?
