I've recently came in contact with this horrible virus, it disables my ability to reset my PC, and won't let me go to troubleshoot settings! I also can't run or download any antivirus programs, nor do I have any access to the internet! It even disabled me having the ability to have internet in safe mode. What do I do to remove this thing? I see the words dragon boost, but it doesn't let me unistall is says it's not available please help!

Sorry about the other forum I'll close it down now
I have a windows 10 acer laptop

This is the only thing left that looks weird, it feels like this thing is evolving as certain features I had available before like (wifi) are no longer available ( I no longer have wifi)

I noticed this application which is known for adware or something but I can't uninstall it due to it being unavailable

Can you download in another computer (Save to a flash drive) and transfer the downloaded file to this computer?

A tool, so that I can see the system files.

Using a working computer, please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Insert the flash drive into the infected computer.
  • Browse to the file downloaded (FRST664.exe)
  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Make sure that under Optional Scans, there is a checkmark on Addition.txt.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Remove the flash drive and on a working computer. please copy and paste this report to your reply.
  • The tool will also produce another log (Addition.txt ). Please attach this to your reply.

I'm so lucky!!! I forgot I had kapersky installed! The virus didn't detect it and didn't disable it! I did a full scan and it removed it all (after searching through 500k+ files) I can access my internet again and everything is fixed!

Jsntg thank you for attempting to help, I know it's by much I'll donate a 1$ lol
