The pattern of 'HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen2 [virus]'

detected in file 'C:\Users\markb\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\f_000b9f.
Action performed: Move file to quarantine

got this notification from avira earlier today. does the file going to quarantine prevent any nasties getting onto my computer? or should I run some checks to be sure? since that popup I have nnoticed my internet being quite sluggish.

I'm running windows 10 with avira AV, windows firewall and a scan with MBAM didnt show any threats. Am I worrying too much?
