For those who don't know, ERUNT is a program for backing up your registry.

Can ERUNT be used on Windows 10?

Used Erunt for years on my XP computers, but it seemed to have become probablimatic on newer OS's. I've read on other sites that Tweaking . Com's registry backup is a good substitute. I'd await further feedback from others here on weather it is still a thumbs up way to go.

You're welcome razz3333, this is a thread where I first heard about the program, though it is in 2013 and Win. 10 isn't mentioned, which is reason for awaiting another thumbs up here as to it's compatibility.

According to a portion of the post at the link you provided: "I had serious problems with making Erunt working on Windows 8 (you need to do some serious tweaking on Vista and 7 as well to make Erunt working) so I opted for "Tweaking.com - Registry Backup" and it works just fine."

This comment is enough to seriously wonder about ERUNT on Vista and above.  Tweaking.com - Registry Backup does seem like a good substitute.

According to the ERUNT download page on Bleeping Computer:

But now I wonder about it working on Vista & Windows 7.

I just found Tweaking on this site, Win 10 is mentioned.

On the site I referenced earlier, Broni had some difficulty, though the author of Erunt, Lars Hederer, claimed it would work on Vista and 8. Erunt saved my bacon a couple of times when using XP.

LOL - it's so weird, I just downloaded from Bleeping Computer and I was just going to post what you just posted.  Two great minds think alike r.a.d.  :)
