Hello I have a toshiba satellier p55-c5200x with windows 10. I think I may be infected. My browsers, all of them, are very slow and when switching between profiles, windows explorer crashes. How do I fix this? My internet DL/UL is very slow at 0.23Mbps also.

Do the following -

Turn the power off on your router for 10 minutes, then turn it back on.

Then -

Download and run AdwCleaner -

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware -

https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

Download and run Junkware Removal Tool -

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/

Create a System Restore point first.

If your issues are still not resolved, post in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum.

The tools did not help. I power cycled the router and still get slower than average speeds. The highest I got was 7MbpsDL/5MbpsUL but the line is over 30Mbps DL10MbpsUL. Should I post in am I infected?

The tools say I am clean

Could be a problem with your ISP connection.

First, try running the Windows Troubleshooter (see Windows 10 section)...

It says troubleshooting could not identify the problem.

Call your ISP and let them know what you have done here.
