Hello noelckc and welcome to the BC HijackThis forums. I see no signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

For the MSN issue, check the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS file. Open the file with Notepad and If the following lines are not in it then add them:65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com
65.54.239.80 dp.msnmessenger.skadns.net
Now try MSN again.

Cheers.
