Hello BleepingComputer! I've been working on fixing up my grandmother's computer today following some issues with possibly installing either Advanced Identity  Protector or GuruAid. I've been unable to get much information regarding exactly what was or wasn't installed/done, so I'm at a bit of a loss for figuring out anything  that needs to be done. I've already run Adwcleaner and Mbar/ESET to remove most unwanted programs, but I can't figure out how to detect an underlying infection, or how to prevent this issue in the future. Any help is appreciated.
