I've recently started playing ESO and my PC has been randomly freezing (sometimes it's several times per day, other times I can go a few days without it happening; the only consistent fact is that it only occurs while that specific game is running.) That said, there's no BSOD, so I have no error code to work with. Here are the specs :

os : Windows 7 x64 Ultimate w/ SP1

ram : Corsair Dominator Platinum 32 (4x8) DDR3 1866

cpu : AMD FX-9590 8 core 4.7GHz

gpu : Sapphire Radeon R9 290x 8GB GDDR5 tri-x oc

mobo : ASUS Sabertooth 990FX

psu : EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2

ssd : 2x Samsung 850 pro 256GB in raid 0

air cooling : 1x140mm, 2x230mm

water cooling : XSPC Raystorm cpu block, 360mm radiator w/ 3x 120mm fan

Please let me know what other info you need.

Edit : I should probably also mention that I played ESO about a year and a half ago on the same system without this issue. Since then, I've tried upgrading to 10, then reverted to 7 for several reasons.

I've also uninstalled the various programs I had with known compatibility issues with ESO (Razer Synapse, Raptr, Overwolf... basically anything with an overlay)
