I ran into an issue pairing my phone with a computer today there seem to be two missing drivers and samsung did not have a proper installer for them

the two device id's are

Windows did not provide these automatically and reinstalling the Bluetooth adapter driver did not resolve the issue.

The Bluetooth adapter is a Intel Wireless-n 7260

the computer is running windows 7 x64

I could not find a definitive answer on the usual driver sites not to mention would not trust downloads if i did. If someone could help identify these devices and direct me to a non sketchy place to download them that would be helpful.
