Can not get rid of this cockroach !!!

It shows up in Control Panel_program files

and Iobit Uninstaller...

The  ?wizard uninstaller?thing? piece of crap pops up and does its song and dance..

pace a-piracy LS, remains.

Do i need to look into windows recovery? Can anyone, simply, tell me how to do that too. Preferably in your own words and not link me to a video or online guide... please. I do not have my windows 7 installer disc unfortunately.

This thing runs in the background silently. It makes no waves. It will not be removed. It is surely malicious seeming without being outright. Any help or information on this would be much appreciated. Thank you bleepingcomputer.com community. Happy to say this is my first post.

PACE Anti-Piracy is a legitimate program.

It was most likely installed by one of the program you installed that uses it.
