Hello i have an alienware laptop m17xr4 and im having no audio when i play any video/song and i cant record as well, i ran diagnostics mode on my laptop and the test was to play 8 tones of volume, and i was able to hear it therefore its just a driver problem, but i have no idea how to fix it, i tried so many fixes and it didnt work, there was one that removed the "X" on my audio, but there was still no sound, please help me.
