I have a 403 access problem that I believe is coming from my router.  There is a programing forum that I used to have access to, but when I try to access it through my home wifi it gives me the error.

I can connect using my phone's internet connection but when I switch over to my home wifi, it gives me 403.  Same thing on my desktop; home wifi - 403, phone connection - no 403.

I would appreciate any help.

Post the URL...the 403 would be coming from the server that hosts the forum.

I had no issue getting to that site.

What version of Windows are you using?

Firewall?

AV/AM software?

What make and model of router?

Router firmware stock or third-party?

Any changes to security settings (Firewall, AV, AM, router configs, etc.) ?

Any other sites giving you a 403 error?

The URL is still working for me on Windows and Firefox.

Try clearing your browser cache.

If that doesn't work, contact your ISP. Your IP may have been accidentally blacklisted.

Maybe your IP address is banned somehow from that server.  Try to use a proxy and see if you still get that error.

When using https://kproxy.com/ I am finally able to access the site.  How do I go about getting authorization on their site without using a proxy?

You would need to contact them.
