Hey there,

I think my computer is infected with a virus, but it doesn't get detected when I scan my computer with Malwarebytes (even in safe mode!). Here's why I think so:

My Maps app has been replaced with a very long Chinese name

Attached File  Maps.jpg   77.87KB   1 downloads

Chrome displays a black screen on startup, hangs periodically.

There are also like 4 extra Chrome processes (on top of one process for each tab) every time I start it up. When I tried to uninstall Chrome from Control Panel, I couldn't do it unless I was in safe mode (no uninstall popup).

"Reset my PC" abruptly stops after running for awhile

It says that the reset couldn't be done.

Question: What is the problem with my computer? Is there a safe mode virus scanner I can run to rectify this?
