This is probably not the right forum so before posting my question, is there a forum on BC that deals with .NET Framework questions?

Since any install of Net Framework...is an install to Windows itself...the pertinent forum would be the one reflecting the version of Windows installed.

I would just say post your question and maybe C++ hackers will try to answer it. :smash:

I posted in the Windows 10 Forum because that's what I am using.  However, to be honest my question has been answered to my satisfaction on another forum (a coding forum).
