Hi everyone.
First of all, Im really sorry for my bad English.

Its began when Im using msconfig to start safe mode for scaning virus/malware.

After I finish scaning, Im restarting PC without using msconfig again to turn off safe mode.. Suddenly, Im stucked in Lock Screen.

My keyboard and mouse is still working, and I cant use SHIFT+Restart.

I really need help.
Thank you very much, if someone can tell me how to fix it I really appreciate it.

Best Regards,
- Joel

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

If so, use the Windows key + R key to get the Run box.

Type msconfig followed by Enter.

Select Normal Startup and click OK.

Reboot.

You might consider doing a "refesh" of Window 10 using the Keep my files option.

  • Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.
  • Removes apps and drivers you installed.
  • Removes changes you made to settings.
  • Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)

Tbh, Im trying to avoid that method so Im trying to find another option, many peoples said same like you Sir. Seems I should reinstall my win 10 because there is no other way to fix it.

Thank you very much for your time and mind Sir.. i really appreciate it. :D

Best regards and thank you Sir.

If you think you're still stuck in safe mode & that is affecting your log in you could try this from Windows10 forum.
https://www.tenforums.com/user-accounts-family-safety/70427-stuck-safe-mode-without-knowing-administrator-password-windows10.html

Boot your computer from Windows installation disc or Windows RE. Open up a command prompt and type the following to turn off safe mode:
Code:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
After running the command, reboot your computer and it should boot in normal mode.
