CMD screen appears

Ever since the last Windows update I get a black CMD screen that flashes for a split second then disappears. It is always at the top of the hour, 12:00, 1:00, etc. it is too quick to read the title but the first time it happened it stayed on the screen but I did not write down the title, it was something like microsoft.behind the scenes. I have looked at Event Viewer but have not found anything. It's very annoying.

It may also be a scheduled task running from Task Scheduler.


To see all scheduled tasks, including hidden tasks, download and run the free program TaskSchedulerView from Nirsoft...
