I have this icon in my system tray that keeps opening the same pop-up that was found in other's computers. It says I have a security alert and that I should click on the balloon to fix. Now I was not born yesterday (the day before that though) and I have not "Clicked the balloon. I have followed the instruction for the most part...Panda, Adware SE, Trend micro etc and cleaned out everything but it is still there!! Here is my HJT file:

Hello there and welcome to Bleeping Computer's security forum.
My name is David, I will be helping you with your log today.

You are missing one important program on that computer - an antivirus!
This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
You need to install an antivirus program as soon as you can and run a complete scan of the computer.
AVG and Avast are excellent, free antivirus programs..
Never install more than one antivirus on your system - several together can cause problems and decrease performance.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1, and press Enter.
A text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

David
