Locating and moving my os to an ssd.

ok i have an ssd that i just got and will soon put it in my comp now i just need to know how to locate all the necessary os files to be transferred and do i need to do something else b4 transfering them so my comp doesnt experience any problems.

I use Copy Disk Wizard - Solution 2 from this link https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/migrate-windows-10-to-ssd.html

You can use either Solutions using Minitool.
