Some program I downloaded has defaulted all my connections to a proxy server and I am unable to uncheck the setting and therefore cannot access the Internet. I have tried everything to fix it and Windows defender did not find the cause. I am afraid to try anything else for fear of not get removing the software and it keylogging my actions.

Go to another computer and download Emisoft's free Emergency Kit, which can be run from a USB stick.
