June 9 2017

Hello everyone, I am desperately seeking assistance with  a persistent problem.

For the past few weeks only I have experienced random and frequent "redirects" to a "survey website" ( allegedly associated with Teksavvy -my ISP), ONLY, when using my Yahoo email account.

This does NOT happen with any other website other than Yahoo email.

It happens regardless of browser- ie. it occurs on Chrome, IE, etc...

I've tried scanning and cleaning with Avira, NOD32, malwarebytes anti-malware, zemana, hitman pro, combofix, adware cleaner, jrt, rootkill, etc.. but nothing helped

I've also tried removing and reinstalling Chrome, and also resetting chrome to default, removing all "extensions" in Chrome,etc....

Never before have I had such difficulty with a malware.

Yours assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

S
