spam is being sent through my ISP email.

i have run many anti-viruses, anti-spywares, and anti-rootkit to no avail. i changed my password twice.

 

i was informed by my ISP.

 

the emails lead to infected sites.

 

i emailed the headers to my ISP.

 

i am on windows 10.

this is what it said:

Ok; thanks for the information. If emails are still being sent, please follow the instructions here (start from step 6). If you post here once you've posted a new thread, I'll take up your new thread. The manual tools we'll need to use can't be used in this section, unfortunately.
