Hi,

I really need help finding what I can do here.

My server just got hacked and all my files are encrypted. There is a readme.txt file that says "for decrypt files write you country to bestdecrypt@qq.com".

Files renamed to be something like this,

"email-bestdecrypt@qq.com.ver-CL 1.3.1.0.id-VVWWXYZZZABCCDEEEFGGHIIIJJKLMMNNNOPP-6@3@2017 8@44@09 AM5034461@@@@@44C3-6B66.randomname-DEFFIIIJKKLMMMNOPPQQRRSTUUVVVW.XYZ.zza"

Can anyone help me identify which Ransomware tool I can use to decrypt my file.

I would really like some help urgently. Please Help!

Thanks.

Maq

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried the "ID Ransomware - Identify What Ransomware Encrypted Your Files", it found nothing similar. So nothing found yet.

Can you by any chance send me the ransom note and maybe an encrypted file so I can manually see if I find something?

If you uploaded that file, it identifies as Cryakl. It is not decryptable.

Then no need to send me the file OFC ;)

Sorry, can anyone tell me how to upload/attach a file here?

Anyways it is "Cryakl". So what to do?

Demonslay335 posted above that Cryakl is not decryptable.

Restore from backups, or pay the ransom (not recommended). In the future, lock down your RDP and have better backups.

There is an ongoing discussion in this topic where victims can post comments, ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion...it includes experiences by experts, a variety of IT consultants, end users and company reps who have been affected by ransomware infections. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.

Thanks
