Add WordPad to Create New File in Windows Explorer

I would like to add WordPad to the "Create New File" function of right-click menu in Windows Explorer.

 

I think it was there before, and it somehow evaporated (is that possible ? is it there by default ?).

 

Any solution ? Thank you.
