I recently retired my Dell Dimension 8400. Now, the Dell worked flawlessly. The OS was Windows 10 Pro 32 bit, on a Samsung 830 SSD.

I removed the SSD this morning and attempted to clone the SSD drive in my new computer to the Samsung 830. That's when the problem started. Windows stated that the Samsung needed to be formatted before it could be used.

Make a long story short, I can't format it.

Assigned it a drive letter and

Its not read only

Any ideas?????
