how to decrypt my files with rs-2048 cryptowall ?

 hi all, kind of new with this, please guide me I need help with my files with rs-2048 cryptowall, can't open my files, i don't know what to do , please help  thanks in advance

First step is identifying what ransomware of the over 400+ it is. Upload a ransom note and encrypted file to ID Ransomware (link in my signature), and follow the link it gives you. If it cannot identify it, post the Case SHA1 it provides so we can manually inspect the files.

RSA-4096 / RSA-2048 / RSA-1024 / AES-256 / AES-128 are encryption algorithms and not an explicit way of identifying a particular ransomware infection. You need to follow the instructions provided above by Demonslay335.
