Process1_initialization_failed BSOD

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could lend me their expertise to try to fix this... I've done a number of Internet searches but all the suggestions don't seem to work.

My PC presents me with the above error with a STOP code of 0000006B.

I have tried the following:
Deleting the bootcat.cache file
Chkdsk
System Restore (won't allow it)
Memory test
Checked all cables
Disconnected all USB devices etc

I can't imagine having to do a reinstall as I'll lose loads of data....

Please could anyone suggest any solutions?

Thanks Louis - do you know how I can download the App? I. I'm unable to run in safe mode.
